Mr. Sumit Khanna brings over two decades of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic advisory. His expertise spans IPO execution, capital structuring, valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and equity fundraising for both listed and unlisted companies.
He has successfully guided numerous organizations through their IPO journeys — from pre-IPO readiness and due diligence to listing and post-issue compliance — while ensuring full adherence to SEBI, RBI, and stock exchange regulations. In addition to his capital markets expertise, Sumit has extensive experience in corporate law, business restructuring, and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, FEMA, and related statutory frameworks. His analytical insight and leadership have been instrumental in driving complex financial and strategic transactions to successful closure.
Sumit Khanna is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) and holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Mumbai.
Mr. Naresh Shroff brings over 27 years of extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, and strategic advisory. He has successfully guided numerous companies through fundraising initiatives, public listings, and growth capital transactions, helping them unlock value and achieve sustainable expansion.
With expertise in IPO advisory, equity fundraising, and capital structuring, Naresh has played a pivotal role in positioning emerging businesses for successful market entry. His financial acumen and hands-on approach to valuation, investor relations, and transaction execution have earned him a strong reputation among promoters and investors. Beyond his professional achievements, Naresh is a passionate educator and founder of ACE Tutorials, one of India’s most respected institutions for Company Secretary education, where he has mentored over 50,000 students nationwide.
Naresh Shroff is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA).
Mr. Raju Ananthanarayanan brings over 35 years of distinguished experience in corporate secretarial and legal advisory functions. His professional background spans across incorporation and structuring of companies in India and overseas, establishment of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and comprehensive corporate governance oversight. He has held leadership positions as Company Secretary and Head–Legal with reputed organizations including Essel Propack, VFS Global, and UFO Moviez.
His core expertise covers corporate and commercial laws, the Companies Act, IBC, RBI and SEBI regulations, listing and regulatory compliance, legal documentation, business restructuring, compliance management, and in-house legal advisory. He is recognized for his strategic legal acumen, governance insights, and ability to guide organizations through complex regulatory environments with clarity and precision.
